Changing Orders

Q01. Can I order several kinds of contact lenses at the same time?

As long as orders match your latest prescription, you may choose to purchase any kind of merchandise from our website.

Q02. Was my order placed properly?

When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive an email(confirmation email) from[PerfectLensWorld], please use the[inquiry form]to contact us. Or visit[My Account]to confirm your purchase.

Q03. What if I do not receive a confirmation email?

Check to see if you entered your email address incorrectly. Also be sure that info@perfectlensworld.com is in your safe contact list. And finally, if you have not received our email within a few hours, email us.

Q04. What if I made a mistake on my order?

Please contact us immediately to see if we can change your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will instruct you where and how to send us back the unopened boxes and we will ship the correct items to you when we receive your returned order.

* We will exchange merchandise but, additional shipping costs will be at your expense.

Q05. What if I cannot be processed Credit Card payments can not be processed?

When placing an order, please follow the instructions of the Credit Card payment company.

Q06. What kind of conditions apply for returns or exchanges?

Q07. What if an item I want is out of stock?

We’ll let you know by email if your order has out-of-stock items.

Please Note: Please reply within 30 days on how you’d like to proceed (e.g., cancel or change your order). If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days, your order will be cancelled.

Q08. If I order the wrong prescription strength, can I exchange it?

We may be able to exchange unopened boxes to the correct PWR. Please email us with photos of the barcode for each box you would like to exchange.
