Q01. When are deliveries made and how can I track them?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process, pack, and ship your order. After that, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery. To view your order’s status, log into your account or check your emails for a tracking number. Be sure to add info@perfectlensworld.com to your contact list, to receive our notices.

Q02. What if I am away when the order arrives?

USPS will generally leave a package at your door or with your concierge, should you be away at the time of delivery. However, if you've tracked your package, and see that it has been returned to us, please email us at info@perfectlensworld.com to reschedule sending. Be sure to put our email in your contact list so you don’t miss any updates.

Q03. Can I specify a date for delivery?

Sorry, we are unable to do this. Please contact the shipping company directly for delivery date requests.

Q04. Do you offer any special delivery options?

We do not offer special delivery or rush shipments at this time.

Q05. Can I send my order to a location other than the U.S.?

Due to strict controls on medical devices, we are unable to ship to locations outside the U.S.

Q06. What if a package has been returned to PerfectLensWorld?

If you’ve tracked your package and notice it has been returned to us, please contact us at info@perfectlensworld.com. We’ll instruct you on the steps to take so we can resend your package. We hold undeliverable items for 30 days (after order date). Be sure to add our email to your contact list, so you never miss an alert.

Please note: We are unable to resend shipments or issue refunds after 6 months of delivery.

Q07. What if a package is damaged or lost in transit?

First, please track your package to check if it’s truly lost. If it is lost or damaged in transit, email us immediately at info@perfectlensworld.com. We’ll be happy to help.
